Ed and Barb Saari visited Barcelona with me during their cruise stop. They had already been here, but wanted to get a deeper insight of the Sagrada Familia and the Gothic Quarter.

Marta - we can't thank you enough for all you did. You were one of the most professional guides we have ever had. We appreciated the time that you took to answer our questions and you spoke great English.

Thanks a lot for all of the insight and stories that only someone like yourself who is from Barcelona could tell. We had a wonderful time and we WILL be back to see you again. The little side streets that we walked and the major attractions were a delightful mix that only someone like yourself could share.

The Friends of the Whitworth Art Gallery, Manchester (UK) were in Barcelona!

Two weeks ago I spent 3 days with the Friends of the Withworth Art Gallery from Manchester (UK). Together with their travel agent we created for them one of the most complete cultural programs I've ever planned for a group. We visited all the best Gaudí sites, the whole Old Town, as well as the most important local museums. It was fun, but intense!

Here is the letter they sent me along with some pictures:

Dear Marta

Just a couple of pictures to remind you of our trip to Barcelona and copy of a brief write up for our website. We would like to say a big thank you for making our tours so interesting and enjoyable. Many people did not realise that we would not see you again after the Miro Gallery and so did not get the chance to say goodbye and thank you. We had a wonderful trip including the weather which was fabulous. We loved our time with you and think Barcelona is a wonderful city with fabulous treasures.
