Until September 28, your ticket to the Picasso Museum will include, appart from the entrance to their permanent collection, the temporary exhibit "Forgetting Velazquez. Las Meninas".

This exhibit shows how Velazquez masterpiece, las Meninas (which you can visit in the Prado Museum in Madrid), has influenced artists throughout history.
The first rooms analyse some of the painting's main characters so we get to understand who they were, and then the exhibit explores how Picasso and other contemporary artists fascinated by Velazquez's work reinterpreted it and used it as a source of inspiration.
